Kosedy was recently launched by two beauties, Zimbabwean sisters, Hailey and Shellen Edy who have a passion for creating classic pieces to last a lifetime and are admirably on a mission to change the way we invest in shoes forever. Their new label is inspired by the harmonious wilderness of their African roots, dreamed up by the sisters in their Manchester atelier and produced in limited quantities in the Marche region of Italy where shoe-making practices hold an age-old and deeply loved history, honouring great design and ensuring the finest quality, craftsmanship and attention to every detail.
Saying buh-bye to fashion’s seasonal trends and the nasty business of fast fashion, the designers bring a seriously stylish vibe to the practice of sustainable wardrobe investments. So far Kosedy’s collection consists of two core styles. The Nairobi Boot which features a curved block style heel and a high, slim fitting ankle and which comes in six varying textures and hues - all within Kosedy’s natural colour palette. And the Serengeti Sandal which plays as the perfect all-rounder day-to-night strap sandal with it’s beautifully unique silhouette - which also in line with the brand’s aesthetics comes in the same colours and textures.
